GSoC Student Proposal Tracking Spreadsheet

Hi,

If you are a mentor, I should have already
given you access to it at your gmail account.
It includes links to all of the Google Docs
versions of the student proposals and columns
for GSOC App Filed, when we think the proposal
was last updated, when you read it, etc.

I started this because I wanted to be fair to
all students and review them all once before
reading someone's multiple times.

If you try to read a doc and don't have edit
permission, ask for it.  Please insert comments
using the Google Docs "Insert > comment" feature
and ping the student when you have done so.
