How to solve bsp_specs problem

Hi,

you use the wrong BSP path.  Please have a look at

http://www.rtems.com/wiki/index.php/RTEMS_Eclipse_Plug-in#Plug-In_Setup

How did you configure, make and install the PSIM BSP?

The -I include paths are superfluous, if you need them something is completely
wrong with your installation.

Paths may start with C: or c:.
