LPC2478 patch

Hello,

thanks for your patch.  The frame buffer driver sources need a proper copyright
and license header.

You changed a lot in the Ethernet driver.  What was the problem with the
previous version?  You removed the conditional code of the
LPC_ETH_CONFIG_USE_TRANSMIT_DMA define.  Why have you done this?  You removed
the LPC_ETH_RX_DATA_OFFSET related code, how did you solve the IP-header
alignment problem?
