There are no rpm changelogs, because they would be a PITA to maintain.

The real changelogs can be found inside of the sources. As far as RTEMS 
specific changes are concerned they are described inside of files named 
ChangeLog.rtems and can be found in the *.diff.

NB: The toolchain spin has not completed yet for all host-OSes.

stdint.h's SIZE_MAX was broken, which now is supposed to be fixed.
