GCI 2010: Perform GSOC Qualification Task

Hello. I've successfully built RTEMS for GDB SIS, I had some minor 
trouble, but it mostly was just me being silly :)

RTEMS didn't build the first time because the 
build/sparc-rtems4.11/c/sis/testsuites/samples/ directory was empty and 
it was in SUBDIRS in build/sparc-rtems4.11/c/sis/testsuites/Makefile, so 
I had to delete it from SUBDIRS and then it ran just fine. I guess 
there's something wrong happening here.
I used the CVS HEAD.

A screenshot I took is at http://d.imagehost.org/0856/rtems-hello.png, a 
CVS diff is attached.

As far as I understand I'm now supposed to enhance the Getting Started 
article.
