Announcing sparc64 (SPARC V9) support

Hello,

I am pleased to announce that a port of RTEMS to the sparc64 processor
architecture is ready to be reviewed.  The code has been posted in PRs
1560 through 1565 in the Bugzilla.

This port requires the sparc64-rtems tools, and soon I will be working
on a simple guide for building and booting.  The port provides two
BSPs, niagara and usiii.  The niagara is capable of running on M5, an
open source simulator.
