Thumb-2/ARMv7/Cortex-M support.

Hello,

I am also interested in Cortex M3 support, but I have currently not much time
for this.

The first thing we need is tool chain support for this. I guess we have to add
a Thumb-2 multi-lib to the ARM compiler.

The second thing is an adoption of the super core (cpukit). We have two
options here:

1. Make modifications based on multi-lib defines in 'cpukit/score/cpu/arm/*'.

2. Add a new architecture directory.

I prefer option 1.
