Motorola MVME 2700 BSP

Following from Philips initial trouble it appears the mvme2700 
is no longer a valid rtemsbsp alias (post 4.9.1) as described on 
the wiki:
http://www.rtems.com/wiki/index.php/Mvme2700#Configure_Params

Looking at the configure between 4.9.1, 4.9.4 I see the 
following attached patch missing.
