Autoconf and the Fedora 12 build environment

And let it figure things out.  The package name for the RTEMS autoconf is

rtems-4.10-autoconf-2.65-1.fc12.noarch

That is distinct from the F12 autoconf in

autoconf-2.63-5.fc12.noarch
