No.  We wanted to merge it and support it but the student's
approach required the maintenance of 100s of files.  The
RPM specs are generated by autoconf, Makefile's, sed, etc
from fragments and are easier to maintain.

If deb packaging can be generated in a similar manner to
the rpm specs in rtems/contrib/crossrpms, then we would
love to see this merged.

Then it is just an issue of being able to build them
at OAR and host them.  That is another entirely
different issue to address.
