Yet more MinGW Build Issues

After a bit of a battle I have managed to install the RTEMS MinGW tools.

I have been using the following document as a guide along with a lot of help
from Ian (Many Thanks):

http://www.rtems.com/wiki/index.php/MinGW_Tools_for_Windows#MSYS_-_M4



I have followed the directions for MSYS however when I run make install I
get the following errors:



make[2]: *** No rule to make target `install'.  Stop.

make[1]: *** [install-recursive] Error 1

make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1



Any ideas what might have gone wrong?
