Issues with the Getting Starting Guide

Thanks, I have downloaded the source from CVS, however files such as
configure do not appear to get extracted.
I understand that I need to run autoconf to generate the configure file.
However when I do so I get the following error

autoconf ../rtems-4.10/configure.ac
/bin/m4: unrecognized option `--gnu'
Try `/bin/m4 --help' for more information.
autom4te-2.67: /bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1

I have been unable to update the versionof M4 the link in the following
document

http://www.rtems.com/wiki/index.php/MinGW_Tools_for_Windows#MSYS_-_M4

to m4-1.4.7-MSYS.tar.bz2 is incorrect,
Can anyone direct me toward the file that I need.
