BSP for AT91SAM9263-EK

Hi

I've also been working on a BSP for this board for the last couple of days.

I'd be keen to share code and discuss some issues if you'd like to 
contact me.

I've mostly adapted the drivers from the at91rm9200.  The network driver 
is quite different, but I hope to have the last of its bugs sorted out 
today.
