[GSoC] POSIX Compliance Test Suite

 I want to participate in  the GSoC this year on helping building POSIX
Compliance Test Suite. I have wrote a bad proposal and
hope somebody to guide me somehow. I knew RTEMS for a long time. Now I am a
student studying Embedded System, but have not used the RTEMS in real
project. So I wish this test suite project could be the beginning of full
understanding of RTEMS. I am fast learner and really want to make some
contribution.
