Nope. Bootstrapping lm32-rtems4.11-gcc-4.6.0 also segfaults when
enabling only c.

This was against gcc-4.6.0-RC-20110321 w/ cxx enabled,
but the error is the same with gcc-4.6.0 (final) and cxx disabled:
