Loading programs dinamically?

Hi,

There is way to load dinamically programs to rtems? may be a customized
shell, or other means?

I know it can surelly not be too friendly with the concept of a real time,
just somethimes is kind of anoying for me recompile all just after adding a
custom shell command for example, or trying a new "program".

Well for now just getting used to it ;-)
