RTEMS Coverage Testing Howto

Hey Joel!

Actually there is an email sent on 02-Sep-2010 by Aitor Viana Sanchez 
which explains quite comprehensively how to get coverage measurement 
using RTEMS.

Likewise, he provides an implementation of the missing modules of gcov.

I have followed up his suggestions, used his code and managed to get 
gcov coverage working successfully. =)
