You should only have to apply the most recent patch, i.e. they are not
incremental. I guess for 4.10.1 these would be:
binutils-2.20.1-rtems4.10-20100826.diff
gcc-core-4.4.6-rtems4.10-20110420.diff
newlib-1.18.0-rtems4.10-20110518.diff
