Building rtem 4.11

The Ada patch for gcc is in
http://www.rtems.org/ftp/pub/rtems/people/joel/ada/

It doesn't look like I have cut a 4.6.x one yet.  Offhand,
I don't know how much of the 4.5.x patch is applicable.
Some issues may be fixed in 4.6 though.

I don't think you want this.  That looks like the files to access the
yum repo.
