building qemu_fakerom.bin for qemuppc / prep BSP

[Till Straumann]

It should be built automatically as part of the 'qemuprep' BSP
but it might not get installed. Look in

<build_top>/powerpc-rtems/c/qemuprep/lib/libbsp/powerpc/motorola_powerpc/qemu_fakerom/
