Fixed.

A new conversion has been uploaded. Please clone again and play. Report 
any issues. I am about to start testing by running diff's against all 
branches and tags. The results will be in my ftp area.

There is one or maybe more places where the user 'rtems' is present. 
This will be changed to 'cvs2git <rtems-users at rtems.org>' in the next 
conversion.
