Probably a mixed effect from several issues interacting:

Preliniary note: There was a huge upgrade of the rtems-4.11 toolchain
packages Wed-Fri last week.

1. As creation of the master repositories on rtems.org is not atomic and
can take many hours, there is a larger possibility for a mirror to go
out of sync with effects sneaking through to users, especially in
situations of mass-builds like this one.

2. The bandwidth, at least I had been observing when accessing rtems.org
on Thursday and Friday, had been fairly poor (Larger timeframes with <
50 bytes/sec). When checking the load on rtems.org, I found it being
busy and fairly loaded, but not beyond what I had expected.

3. Checking the contents of
ftp://ftp.rtems.eu/pub/rtems/linux/4.11/fedora/14/i386/ shows something
is wrong with this directory on rtems.eu.
