RTEMS BSP for ARM S3C2440A

It isn't in the main tree. Without looking, it shouldn't be terribly difficult to update. If you do, we can merge it.

Make/custom moved and determining executive workspace and heap changed. Other stuff will be bits and pieces from moving more to standard shared routines.
