initial port to stm32f4-discovery (cortex-m4)

Hi,

I added a basic BSP for the STM32F4-Discovery evaluation board.  It is 
not based on the sources provided by STM.  Only a clock and console 
driver is included.  The console driver has no interrupt support.  Also 
the clock initialization is missing (the board runs with a 16MHz 
internal clock source).  This BSP can be used in combination with the 
sources provided by STM.
