OMAP4M3, the first ARM BSP with SMP supportted is coming

Hi all,

As I introduced before, I am working on the GSOC project, RTEMS on
Asymmetric Multiprocessor (OMAP4), about porting RTEMS on OMAP4's M3
cores.

Now, the omap4m3 bsp is the first ARM RTEMS BSP with SMP supported. It
could run on two dual M3 cores, and can be loaded and communicate with
Linux which is running on OMAP4's A9 cores.
