ANN: microblaze-rtems4.11 toolchain

Chris Johns maintains specbuilder, if it is a specbuilder problem
maybe he can help figure it out.

Can you find the command that is bailing during configure/build and
what error it produces? You should be able to copy-paste from the log
the command that it says fails and see what is the error message. That
might give some more information and point out whether it actually is
flex that is dying or something else.
