how I can run test suites???

Dear All,
as I know there is a testsuite in /rtems/testsuites subdirectory which we can test and evaluate behaviors of RTEMS. Also I know there is a tmtests directory which contain 28 test program to evaluate timing behavior of the OS. By the way how I can use them???
