FUD. It is not dysfunctional, it is maintained and works on those 
platforms I have tested it on. I use it all the time.

You make comments further on in this thread about people undermining 
your work. Those comments and this one make you look like a hypocrite.

RTEMS is not Fedora, never will be. RTEMS needs to support many more 
platforms than Fedora. If you are not willing to do this then leave 
others to do so. As stated above you undermine what others do in the 
interest of your causes.
