More on File system and CompactFlash on MCF5485EVB board

We usually unmount the card properly, however this seems to have no affect.

How can I determine if my driver protects against concurrent access?
We took \libbsp\powerpc\mbx8xx\ide\pcmcia_ide.c and modified it access our
specific hardware.
