The successfully building RTEMS for i386 using LLVM/Clang

OK, i will update it as soon as possible.
And also this is just a first step to support LLVM/Clang for RTEMS, so
i want to
know what other features of LLVM/Clang rtems developer want to be supported
on RTEMS, that i can prepare for it as a project of GSOC2012. Waiting for your
