Does anyone work with any ARM simulator?

Hi,

I am trying to get some ARM simulators to work. I got lm3s6965 to work with
QEMU.
Please tell me if anyone works now with any other simulator (which version)
 and for which ARM BSP and , if there, any necessary actions to take in
order to get it successfully work.
