[GSoC] getting arm csb337 BSP to work on skyeye

Hi ,there
To run RTEMS on Skyeye, you will need a configure file that tell skyeye how
your memory is mapped. The default file name is skyeye.conf

You can check the wiki page  http://www.rtems.org/wiki/index.php/SkyEye
at91rm9200 section on how skyeye.conf for CSB337  look like.
