Ok. I did it.
Rebuilt it with the prefix and did a "make install".
Eclipse configuration:
Base path: /opt/rtems-4.11
BSP path: /home/rtems/build/sparc-rtems4.11/sis
I'm trying to compile the example application found in:
http://www.rtems.org/onlinedocs/releases/rtemsdocs-4.10.2/share/rtems/html/c_user/c_user00533.html
And I'm getting this in Eclipse console:
