I tried put --target too, but it tells me:
configure: error: --target is not appropriate for GMP
Use --build=CPU-VENDOR-OS if you need to specify your CPU and/or system 
explicitly.
Use --host if cross-compiling

and I tried --host=arm-rtemseabi4.11 and it gave me the same error as in 
case --build
