It should be --target=arm-rtemseabi4.11 for the toplevel GCC configure, 
with the gmp and mpc source trees merged into the GCC source tree.

Besides this, building gmp and mpc is not necessary on CentOS6.

gmp is provided by CentOS, libmpc is provided by EPEL.
