The presentations and video recordings from the 2012 Workshop on 
Spacecraft Flight Software have been posted at:

The 2012 Workshop on Spacecraft Flight Software (FSW-12) was held on 
November 7-9, 2012. The workshop was hosted by the Southwest Research 
Institute in San Antonio, TX; with organizational support from the Jet 
Propulsion Laboratory, the Aerospace Corporation, and the Johns Hopkins 
University Applied Physics Laboratory.
