sparc-rtems4.11-gcc for C++

I'd suggest to use existing Makefile (for example from  rtems-example-v2),
specify all cc and c source names in
CSRCS=
and
CXXSRCS=

and "make clean all" will do all the job for you

providing you have set PATH for rtems toolchain and RTEMS_MAKEFILE_PATH 
correctly
