Configuring a System Chapter Update

Hi

I have pushed my changes to the master repository.
This means the daily doc build at rtems.org will have
this version soon.

I know the following is needed:

+ bdbuf configuration needs help.
+ file system configuration needs help.
+ more examples
    - bdbuf, filesystem, other suggestions
+ review for consistency on types
+ review for consistency on ranges
+ review for consistency on defaults
+ review for completeness versus confdefs.h

Comments and suggestions encouraged. Patches are
even better. :)
