No GDB file

[Binkowski, Cassio]

Hi all,

I have built RTEMS from source for PowerPC a while ago, but I have just
realized there is no powerpc-rtems4.11-gdb file, thus not allowing me to
test my .exe.

Is that correct? Have I built it wrongly? Is there another way to test it?
