Mingw autoconf 2.69 package

Ralf,

Thanks, i had not installed automake, that resolves the issue with
Autom4te/ChannelDefs.pm

but i still have an error about not being able to find Autom4te/C4che.pm,
although doing a search on disk shows there is a copy in
C:\mingw\opt\rtems-4.11\share\Autom4te\

Do i have to perform any kind of re-generation step ? i've closed the mingw
shell and re-opened it, same result.
