I could not find explicit instructions for building the toolchain.   I did find reference to gcc name prefix and arm-elf, but no the rest.

(So I went with my experience.   In the 1990's I built the gcc toolchain 100's of times for vxworks-ppc,68k etc.)

I will see how it goes.
