This

#define CPU_ALL_TASKS_ARE_FP CPU_HARDWARE_FP

is a hack.  It more efficient to simply include the floating point context in 
the normal integer context like its already done for the PowerPC SPE unit or 
the ARM VFP-D32/Neon support.
