Error while building gcc for toolset for RTEMS

Cool!!

I recall various environment variables conflicting with the tools like LIB and a GCC path variable, native GCC failing, ncurses for gdb, and makeinfo missing. This assumes the source builder is using its own versions of the various libraries GCC depends on these days.

The Source Builder has a command [1]. It is currently specific to the
set up need to build tools but it could be extended to handle what ever
you want.
