problems with RFS filesystem and mkdir

Hi,

It was mildly annoying that rtems git head went to a later version of
autoconf than was available on (and this is a guess based on no facts), the
second most used host platform for rtems development.

On my list of things to try is backporting the RFS from git head into 4.10.2
