PPP line discipline

Hello,

I try to use PPPD from RTEMS with GPRS/EDGE modem over RS-232.
All connected and run fine before PPPD goes to establish phase. In
this phase it install line discipline that never read real serial device.
And all tries to receive packet fail.

How pppd must receive data from real serial device? Where it call
  pollRead for tty device?
