configure apt-get to find RTEMS build tools

Dave,

What Gedare suggested is what I do. In fact *I prefer* to build from
source on Ubuntu ... It just 'feels' better ... What I do is make sure I
build/install the right version of the AutoTools, make sure my PATH sees
the new AutoTools first, install the newlib, binutils etc ... Also make
sure I apply ONLY the latest patches (not all the patches - a frequent
point of confusion) ... Once I get past the patches things move quickly.
