ok sure:
here is the pc-386 configure only:
[dave at localhost build-i386]$ ../rtems/configure --target=i386-rtems4.11
--enable-posix --enable-networking --prefix=/opt/rtems-4.11
--enable-cxx --enable-bsp="pc386"
...
configure still works...then it still fails:

'gmake all' will build the following BSPs: pc386 pc486 pc586-sse pc586
