Latest RTEMS without posix support

I configure with:
/opt/rtems-4.11/rtems-master/configure --target=mips-rtems4.11 --enable-rtemsbsp="genmongoose" --disable-networking --disable-itron --disable-cxx --enable-rtems-debug=yes --disable-multiprocessing --enable-maintainer-mode –disable-posix --enable-test=yes

gcc 4.8.2 with mingw64 directory , newlib 2.0.0 with mips patches (signal patch not implemented)

Also with –enable-posix testsuites build, only samples directory 
If run fileio.exe test and select “run shell” : rtems_libio_set_private_env(): (status: RTEMS_TOO_MANY)
