Eclipse plugin and project Hello

I select New Project->C Project->Executable->RTEMS Hello-World Project. Select toolchain, press Next, confirm source directory and press Next.
List available configuration is empty 
Project type: Executable
Toolchain: RTEMS toolchain
Configuration:

Also source files not founds.

Windows 7, Eclipse Kepler, Msys+Mingw, Eclipse plugin 1.4

RTEMS 4.11 installed and if I create new project without template al OK
