about SD card host controller driver

Hello,

this driver uses the SPI mode to access the card.  So it is not for an 
SD card host controller.  The SD card host controller support library is 
currently not part of the main RTEMS sources and can be found here:

For an example host controller see:

http://git.rtems.org/sebh/rtems-libusb.git/tree/rtems/freebsd/dev/dw_mmc/dw_mmc.c

It uses a port of the FreeBSD SD card support.  You need to be familiar 
with the FreeBSD driver infrastructure to work with this library.
